The 3 staff below Allan, Rob and Jared have delivered kitchen caddies to every household in Newtown, 5300 sets in total, so that everyone can participate in the scheme.
 Collection Team
Every resident gets 2 caddies, 1 small 7L one for inside the kitchen and 1 larger 20L caddy for emptying the smaller one into. Everyone is also supplied with liners for the smaller caddy.
 Household Caddies
Once per week they collect the caddies from outside homes and empty them into a purpose built collection vehicle. Food waste can include peelings, teabags, coffee grounds, bones, meat, cooked food and egg shells.
