WWOOF is a world wide exchange network where bed, board and practical experience are given in return for help on organic farms. Stays of varied length are possible. WWOOF provides excellent opportunities for organic training, changing to a rural life, cultural exchange and being part of the organic movement. We are currently members of the WWoof scheme but we are unable to offer accommodation at the moment. We welcome WWoofers on a day visit if they are in the area

Local Volunteers Come and volunteer with us - get involved in the production of good food, enjoy the countryside, meet new people (and old friends maybe), and take some fresh veg home afterwards. If you can make a regular commitment, become a working shareholder of the vegatable box scheme amd receive a weekly supply of fresh fruit and veg at no financial cost.
We have several growing sites in the North Powys area and welcome volunteers to these. They include allotments in Newtown and Llanfair Caereinion and two walled gardens in Pontrobert and Welshpool. We can arrange transport for volunteers. Please get in touch to find the one nearest to you.
